About Me

Hello there! My name is Pim Iliev.

Coming from a family with roots in the service industry, I always knew how to work with people and how to ensure the customer was happy. This is something I’ve carried through my career and it’s served me well. Starting out in banking, following completion of my degree in Business, I worked for Thailand’s state-owned commercial bank in the FOREX department, before transitioning into trading. Both of these roles allowed me to work directly with clients, and for both firms, I was given the role of supporting their biggest client from across the world.

In 2014, I took what I’d learnt and joined ServMask as Account Manager, where I used my customer service skills to build a Customer Support Team from ground up. My role is to strategically develop and maintain relationships with our key clients, ensuring they are happy with our services and products we offer, namely ServMask’s All-in-One WP Migration technology. I’ve built partnerships with enterprise customers, governmental organizations and universities, including Boeing, NASA, VW, Harvard University, Stanford University, Lego, P&G, State of California, State of Hawaii, IBM.

I thrive on the challenge of handling requests in a fast paced environment. We now handle hundred’s of client requests in a day which is a huge achievement. I love being part of a company that is continuing to grow and develop.
